About this event

Explore multiple farms in one operation, including vegetable, hay and haylage production, grass-fed beef, and pigs, and learn how they’ve improved soil health with multiple practices.

Chat with a fellow producer about

  • composting and compost applications
  • using cover crops
  • testing soils
  • improving soil organic matter
  • improving soil water holding capacity
  • nutrient management for pasture health and to prevent runoff
